Vegetable Oats !!!

An healthy and cholestrol less breakfast,which can be
made in few mins....
Easiest morning breakfast....Generally Oats will be
consumed with milk & sugar with some dry fruits or fruits like
apple,strawberry..but this will taste differently...
Ingredients..
Oats - 1/2 cup
French Beans - 10 - 12 beans (cut into small pieces)
carrot - 1/4 cup
peas - 1/4 cup
moong dhal - 1tsp (Just as a binding agent)
onion - 1 (Just fry in ghee and add) -optional
Salt - as required
Jeera powder - optional
Method
Add all the above ingredients and enough water(to dip
the ingredients) to cook the vegetables
Pressure cook for 5 mins with 2-3 whistle.
Now serve hot in a bowl...
